Shooting in York City

  • York City Police were on the scene of a shooting with at least one victim at South Penn Street south of West Market Street in the city. Officers and medics were dispatched to the rear of the first block of South Penn Street about 11:30 p.m. for a reported shooting with a victim, according to York County 911 radio dispatches.
