Lincoln Charter School's playground was filled with children Saturday, May 18, 2013. This was not a school recess but the first-ever 'Play Streets' event which is coordinated by Bring On Play, Eat Play Breathe, Capital Blue Cross and the City of York. 'Play Streets' is brought into a community where the event is being held and that neighborhood picks out the entertainment and activities. There are three more 'Play Streets' planned.
