Two year old Melvin Minaya is carried to Hannah Penn Middle School's voting booth Tuesday by her sister Arlene Abreu. It was Abreu's first election to vote, but she discovered she was at the wrong polling place and voted at Crispus Attucks instead. It was was a near-record turnout throughout York County. The sign behind the tables was already up before the voting staff set up the tables.
