The event coincided with a visit from York Revolution mascot Downtown and team dog Boomer to kick off this year's ďBoomerís Book ClubĒ reading program. If students meet the reading requirement, the school's principal Don Gillett agreed to sleep on the roof of Wrightsville Elementary starting the night of the Revsí season opener and each night until the Revs lose a game.
