Pastry students at the School of Culinary Arts can now get hands-on experience in the school's own student-run Bake Shoppe, located in Central Market. Current students working at the Bake Shoppe can get their externship credits there, but the Bake Shoppe will be part of the school's required curriculum for future pastry students. Chris Dunn photos.
